Waste Water Operations

Delta Operations knows that proper water management is vital to environmental health, just as adequate drinking water, sanitation, and hygiene are important to human health. Currently monitoring over 40 water and wastewater systems throughout the State of Oregon, Delta Operations provides DEQ-certified operators, skilled field technicians, and experienced staff to service your water monitoring needs. Our clients include governmental agencies, municipalities, schools, mobile home parks, campgrounds, wood products companies, food and beverage companies, and other small businesses. We can offer full turn-key operations or temporarily step into smaller operations to cover short-term vacancies, vacations, employee turnover, or assist with onsite projects.

Wastewater Systems Operation

A wastewater operator ensures that harmful materials, chemicals, and microorganisms found in wastewater are removed or destroyed before being released into the environment. Delta Operations oversees wastewater systems, and creates and monitors rigorous processes to support that operator’s success.

Drinking Water Systems

Community water system and those systems serving schools factories, office buildings, and hospitals (non-transient/non-community systems) are regulated by the Oregon Health Authority under the supervision of a certified operator. The mission of Delta’s experienced, certified operators is to reduce the incidence and risk of, and exposure to, waterborne disease and hazardous substances potentially present in drinking water supplies.

Industrial Monitoring and Stormwater Management

The Federal Clean Water Act of 1972 established a national commitment to restore and maintain the chemical, physical, and biological integrity of the nation's waters. Delta Operations shares that commitment to provide safe water for human, fish and wildlife. We adhere to government-mandated permit requirements to provide efficient and effective systems to minimize and eliminate harmful pollutants.

Our services include: Working with our clients to ensure the appropriate permit applications, registrations, and modifications are filed with the appropriate State Agencies for compliance. The collection of data and issuing reports to the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Working to reduce contaminants in water in everything we do. Maintenance services include rebuilding pumps, calibrating and supplying instruments, building maintenance, vegetation management, and repair/replace/upgrade of process control systems.
